I'm making a cake for a baptism for this coming weekend and I'll be using the big book pan, do you know how many servings I can get from it??
I need to feed 60 to 70 people, do I need to make 2 of them??

Thanks.

I believe the one-mix pan feeds around 15, so the larger one should feed about 30. How about putting it on a sheet cake - better to have too much than not enough.

I was thinking about that, the only problem is that I don't have a shet cake pan, I only have round and square pans, I was thinking puting togheter 4 square pans and the book pan on top, do you think it would work??

Putting your four squares together will be just fine. When doing this I chill my cakes in the fridge and then when i put them on the board I push them together (some people put a layer of icing inbetween) but they need to be chilled so you can handle them this way and you don't squish them too much. Then decorate as normal.
