I'm having the hardest time finding a full sheet pan. I'd like to find an 18x24x2 pan...and the closest I've come is a 16x24x2 or an 18x24x1. The 1" height just seems to short for me.

Where did you find your full sheet pan?

Try here. Their shipping is very reasonable. you can download their Adobe catalog or get on their mailing list and they will mail you one quarterly. I get most of my stuff from them.

Thanks! I've never seen this site before. They do have an 18x24 pan--they don't mention the height but I may end up buying and then getting an extender if I need one.

Does anyone make a sheetcake that's just an inch tall? I don't understand why so many of the pans are this height. ??

Anyway, thanks! If anyone else has info, I'd love to hear that too.

I always thought the full sheet was 16x24, I've never heard of an 18x24. Thanks for the site link!!!

I guess its one of those things that varies depending on who you ask. I happened to read some posts about an 18x24 full sheet and so that's what I was looking for---nobody's even ordered this size from me yet-- I just want to be ready icon_smile.gif

I may have gotten mine off of ebay. You can be assured that the cake pan you would get from here is 18x24x2. You can always PM Jackie or Heath to verify the size.

Just a little note - unless you have a commercial oven, this will not fit. Home ovens are 18-20.5 inches wide, not wider.

And the 1" deep pan is probably for cookies and brownies and the like. Cookie sheets are 1" deep.

How is that possible? What kind do you have? I have a pretty big oven that measures edge to edge, front to back 22 by 18.5. It's a Sears Kenmore glass top.

How wide is the whole stove/oven? Like, would it fit within a normal footprint in the kitchen?

Yikes- Good point berryblondeboys-- My oven isn't big enough after all icon_rolleyes.gif ! That didn't even occur to me! I guess I'll be placing two 1/2 sheets together. Thanks!!
