Can you make a chocolate treansfer and stand it up verticaly on a cake???? You know intsead of laying it on the cake make it stand up.

I've seen it done, so yes you can. It will just need some type of support on the back of it depending on big it is.

maybe while its still wet put a straw or something on it??????

Or after it's dried, when you go to place the image, attach the straw or dowel rod to the back of the CT with some royal icing.

Yes, I use toothpicks most of the time. You may need wooden skewers or something like that for a larger one. After completing the CT and before turning over, place the toothpicks where needed to support the weight and size of the transfer. Glue on with more chocolate. Allow to harden.

I want to so it on an Incredibles cake. Use the sports ball to make that machine they fight in the movies and attach the characters to it. I want to make them out of chocolate.

Yeah it will be a while my sons birthday is in june. He wants an incredibles party. I havent seen a 3d type incredibles cakes. His brothers birthday is in 2 weeks and he is having spiderman. Im doing the 3d spiderman cake for him so of course the other one wants a cake just as cool. I cant wait to see if my idea works.
