I have my second wiltons course two tonight and I am making my RI. WEll the recipe didn't yeild enough RI for what I need. I have enough MP for a full batch of RI. Can I break down the recipe in half for what I need?

yes- you can halve the recipe. How much did your batch yield? I teach Wilton, and can try to help...

honestly- I think 2 cups is sufficient for what you are doing in class tonight. My students don't usually use their whole batch of frosting in class and I tell them to use it again the next week or at home in between classes. You have a recipe of color flow as well- right? They are fairly interchangeable, so if you end up needing more royal, you could always use some color flow...

Yes I have both of my batches made and colored. I didn't think I would use what the book says, but than again you never know! Thanks for the help.
