I forgot a cake (don't worry, it's for work, not a paying customer). I have two hours to go home and get ond done....can I do it do you think???

2 hours....is a small cake doable in 2 hours???

Wow icon_surprised.gif It might be if you only have to slap on some buttercream after baking.

Maybe if you put in the fridge or freezer ( not for long ) to cool it that way you can ice it without having to wait as long. What kind were you planning on doing? Just iced or were you thinking docorated?

Just make sure that cake(s) are cooled enough so the icing doesn't melt when you put it on.

just a basic cake maybe with a nice roap boarder....that's about it!!!

Sure you can do it - stop by the WalMart bakery on your way, scrape off their stuff and throw on your own decorations (kidding). Good luck getting it done and if it won't cool quickly enough, just say it's a glaze and not icing.

I think you definitely have timee for that as long as you speed up the cooling time a little! Good luck!!
