I'm making cupcakes and wondering how far in advance can I make them? They will be iced with BC and topped with fondant accent covering most of the top and then wrapped in a cello bag. Is 3 days too long?
I have a policy at our store if it is made that day and it is sold that day. We throw out stuff that is older than 24 hours. For the person who works at home a couple days should not hurt anything if properly wrapped.
