I know the pumpkin rolls went over great for Thanksgiving, so here is a chocolate yule log for Christmas. You can change the filling to what ever you like. I thought it would be nice to have the step by step instructions.

In my grocery store bakery the other day I saw choc rolls w/cream filling and strawberry roll w/ strawberry jelly filling.

I did mine from baking911.com. They have a recipe for a vanilla sponge cake that you can roll into the yule log shape...

It is very tasty...
