I was so intent on getting my "three" 12 x 18's iced and smoothed that I forgot to put my image on one of my cakes. Of course it is crusting buttercream that HAS crusted. What is my best option? Thanks

Are you wanting to put an edible image on it?
If so I've heard you can lightly mist the area with water and then put the image down.
Hopefully someone that has done this before can help you out.

Yup.... it happened to me before... a tiny mist of water on the buttercream should do it. Make sure that you don't have big glob of water on the buttercream though since it may ruin the pics.
