What type of wire do you use when you want to bend it and put fondant balls on it for decorations on the cake?

Yep, some use floral tape(the green stuff), some use plastic wrap, and one I heard that is a good idea was to use straws! HTH, Jen

the floral wire I buy is covered in cotton cloth, and I also wrap with floral tape (more for the look than anything else)... other than that, I just put the spray into a blob of fondant and/or right into the cake, depending on my needs.

Thanks! One other question though, how do you bend it to kind of make that swirl, and do you have any pics of cakes you used this method in that I could see?
