My husband and I are relocating to the Anchorage area with the Air Force in March, and I am interested in getting some information about having a cake only business in Alaska..if you can even do it. I live in Northern California right now, and you can't have a home-based cake business, you have to work in a commercial kitchen thumbsdown.gif

Just curious to see if anyone knows anything about Alaska?

HTH and good luck with your move. My DH has always wanted to live in Alaska. It's such a beautiful place.

We unforhnately are pretty strick with rules... I haven't been able to afford to not break the rules... I have only been working for family and friends but there definately is a market for it here... When you get up here let up know... We are a small town in the end and if you need some friends just let me know... Kristin
