Crusting ButterCream (Faux Fondant) II ?? This recipe (found in the archives) is rated a 4 out of 5, but I don't know whether to stick with what I know, or try this out. Has anyone used this with success?
I have a rather large cake due for a client on Wednesday, and she has to travel with it. I thought maybe something with a little more crust would be better...
