could someone tell me what color to mix to achieve the lime green or bright green color. i need it for a birthday cake.

leaf green with a bit of yellow.

2 parts green and 4 parts yellow Makes lime green!

Start with bright yellow, than add little bits of blue until you get the green you want

if you look in my pics, the present cake was done with just the Leaf Green from Wilton, it was pretty bright, but not neon.
