Are those the ones that you get at hobby lobby. They are ribbed.
Is that the same thing?

I've used them and I like them for cakes that I take to parties or give to personal friends.
I've washed and re-used mine many times- they hold up really well. Icing that gets stuck in the holes on the side falls right out when it dries (tap it out). I wouldn't use them on cakes for "strangers" because I wouldn't be able to get it back from them.
