I have my first wedding cake coming up in January and I was wondering if there are any special fillings that can be used other than bc..I saw the topic about the costco filling but wasn't sure if that would be stable enough for a stacked/tiered cake...Any help is appreciated...

Thanks in Advance

There are a ton of filling options out there. Ganache is always good. What type of cake/s will you be making??

we are still discussing the cake flavors but since there won't be a grooms cake I was thinking that we could incorporate everything into one...meaning...that bottom tier maybe a vanilla cake and then the next tier maybe chocolate....I'm not really sure...I've never sone a wedding cake before....

Thanks,

for the wedding I just did there wasn't a groom's cake either. She picked a White Almond Cake w/Raspberry Ital. Merng. filling for the bottom tier. (this is one of my Favs!!). Chocolate Cake w/Chocolate Ganache for the middle tier. And she wanted something different for the top....Coconut cake w/pineapple filling (Another good combo).

Hope this gives you some ideas.
