Is there such a thing? I'd like to make a carrot cake but need a good cream cheese icing...

There is a recipe on this site for a "crusting cream cheese icing" that I love. Do try it. I get so many compliments and really am thankful I was able to find it on this site!

this recipe is great!! I've used it several times but I don't use the butter - all crisco instead.
