Do you think this is chocolate fondant or just colored?

If it is chocolate - what kind would you suggest to get this color?
It almost looks like chocolate fondant that was colored darker lol ..
I'm not sure gma1956 .. I know Wilton's fondant in brown is dark but it just tastes so nasty *ack*
Here is another one?
HOW DO THEY DO THIS?

Pettinice chocolate fondant is very, very dark. If you look at my photos, you can see the birthday present with the gold bow, the appointment book in the New Salon photo, and the top book in the Hebrew Books photo. Those and the rim of the chalboard in the Bilingual Chalkboard cake are all Pettinice chocolate. You can get it from Pfeil and Holing at www.cakedeco.com for $12.50 + shipping for 5 pounds or $41.55 +shipping for 15 lbs. Sugarcraft.com has it too. It is very nice to work with too.
The cake in the first pic almost looked like it was dusted with cocoa powder because it looks so matte.
