Has Anyone Just Added Choc Syrup To Dry Bc To Make Choc Bc?

I HATE the taste of reg choc bc and i was thinking about adding choc syrup to my dry bc like you would add creamer...would this work? would it give it a choc flavor? has anyone done this? any suggestions?

Never tried it but I have tried adding melted chocolate or cocoa powder both of which work well

If you are making a BC that requires the addition of water or milk, you can try adding the chocolate syrup in lieu of that liquid. If you are making an IMBC or other meringue BC, then you should melt 4 oz of chocolate and add that after the hot syrup.

I use the Chocolate Syrup buttercream on this site all the time. It is so good, much better than the regular Wilton chocolate recipe.
