Found the turkey instructions in the Wilton Way of Decorating books.

And my mom's b-day cake (Her b-day was today!) I didn't have enought cherries to let them drizzle over the sides - but she enjoyed it anyhow!

Your turkey cake is very cute. And the Birthday cake, YUM that looks delicious!!! Is it Black Forest cake???
