Try kneading in some shortening.

I find that if I don't let the MMF sit for a period of time it breaks, also if I use sugar or cornsyrup to roll it gets too dry and breaks.
I like the shortening method - but only after letting it rest, you get a better consistency that way.
Hope this helps. icon_smile.gif

I also add shortening, but I also found that if I microwave it for a few seconds (maybe 5-10 seconds?) that it helps too.

I agree with denette. Micro for 5-10 secs and then crisco up real good, knead it to warm it up even more and then roll.. GL

i just made 5 batches last night and finally got into the groove. i agree w/ both the microwave and the shortening. also it helps if you put some gloves on and then "grease" them up. i find it doesn't stick half as much to the gloves as it would your hands, even w/ the shortening. good luck, i feel your pain! icon_wink.gif
