I've seen tiered cakes that are assembled to be upside-down. HOW do you assemble a cake to be upside-down w/out falling over?
Some of these are as big as wedding cakes, but the smallest cake is on the bottom & the largest cake is on the top. What's the trick?

it's like taking a tall tier stand and standing upside down...with a VERY large base that gets covered w/ fabric or similar.

these are usually metal and custom made
