Need Help On A Recipe For Whipped Icing

I was wondering if anyone out there knows a recipe for whipped icing. I'd like one that taste like the kind that wilton sells in a box. I need one that is not rich something like the bakeries sell. I've been using the kind that wilton sells in a box but that can be really expensive. Most of the people I know want whipped icing though not buttercream. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
