So many of you read last week I broke my mixer it was a very sad day and I hadnt planned to get a new mixer for awhile but my husband suprised me today with a really nice sun beam it's my first really nice mixer and very quickly became my most cherished cake decorating possesion my husband is so thoughtful I just love him and since I cried to all of you when my mixer broke I thought I would share with you my excitment over my new one

I'll share a silly story about mixers. Probably four years ago our church had a banquet for couples for Valentines Day. After we ate we then played a game called the "Happily Married"......it's a made up game that someone at church did. It's sort of like the Newly Wed game for married couples. Anyway, they asked the ladies questions like...what type of tires does you husband have on his car.....what is your hubbies favorite color....etc. I got all of the question right ( even the one about the tires ) so, they asked him questions about me and we got all of the questions right on that also. Then here some the very last question so we would win the game.....the question was for my DH to answer about me. The question was...." What would your wife buy for herself if money was not an option"......my DH answered and wrote on the card ....a Porsche Turbo 911!!!! When I answered the question I said that I would buy myself a KitchenAid 5Qt stand mixer in RED!! Everyone laughed....DH was Shocked....and we didn't win....LOL!!!
Yes, I have my mixer NO.....I don't have the Porsche!!!
