Where Do You Get An Airbrush?

Are these the airbrushes you would use for paint or is there a special kind of airbrush for cake decorating?

one in the same...but you need to watch your psi reading so you don't get too much power pressure in your air or you'll blow a hole in your cake. I got a very good deal off ebay for mine through airbrushcity.com.
