I always wondered though, how you keep your cupcakes from shifting while or after you decorate? Do you put a dollop of icing on the bottom of each one or is it not a problem when you have the weight of the icing on top?

If you use the icer tip, they don't really shift at all but I've used dabs of icing on the outside ones just to keep everything in place.

I was reading the instructions on how to do it, it seems way to easy...you can even do a buttercream transfer on it and it would work out beautifully.....thanks mvigil for the info...I am going to make these for every school event....no need for knives or even plates...heheheheh

Did I mention that I love this site....and look I am now a Regular member...how cool is that!
