I'm doing a shaped Lightning McQueen race car for my son this weeked, and covering it in fondant. For anyone that's familiar with the Cars movie and Lightning McQueen - do you have any idea how I can do the Rust Eze logo on the hood? I've seen people use laminate sheets and color flow, but I don't have the sheets (don't even know how to use them), and I'm afraid it's been so long since I've used color flow, I may not do it right. So I'm trying to figure out how to do it in fondant. Let me know know if anyone has any bright ideas!

Thanks!

Melissa

I did one with fondant and buttercream.

I cut out a red fondant circle and decorated it with yellow buttercream. It isn't as detailed as the actual logo, but it's close enough that no one will notice.

You can look at my photo here:

Hope this helps.
