I think this is the chocolate version:

I've never made them though.

I made the rolled chocolate cookies from that website and they are great. I actually like them better than the sugar cookies (but I'm a choco-holic). They weren't difficult at all, although it seems like I did end up adding some extra flour as the dough was a little sticky at first. Rolled about 1/4 inch thick and baked for only about 8 mins..

The chocolate recipe from that site is wonderful! Don't let the coffee scare you away though, you can't even tell it's in there!

I have to disagree with everyone...I just made the chocolate rolled cookies from kitchengifts.com yesterday and there was a real after taste to them. I did not care for them. If anyone has a better recipe they would be willing to share I would appreciate it.

I found a great chocolate cut-out cookie recipe last year. Go to the cookiecuttershop.com website and scroll down the left side to recipes. The recipe is Chocolate Cut-Outs - it's really good. Hope you like it as much as I did. Happy Baking everyone. icon_wink.gif
