I am making a golf theme cake for my son in law and need to know the best way to simulate the look of grass.

You can use tinted coconut or green buttercream piped on using the fur tip. I think it's tip #233 but someone correct me if I'm wrong. This would be good for the rough. For the fairway, I'd just ice it smooth.
