I have an order of cookies due tomorrow morning at 11am. I need to be able to stack them. What is the fastest drying cookie icing recipe?

MMF for the base, then you only have to wait for any royal accents to dry.

I like the royal icing recipe included in the How to Bake and Decorate a cookie tutorial on the main page. Seems to dry pretty fast as long as you don't put it on too thick. I leave mine under the overhead light above my stove and that seems to help.
