What is the Wilton's Black that Cali4Dawn is talking about in her foot note(step 4)? Is it regular color paste or some kind of special black icing. I am confused because then she goes on and says it does not smudge as badly as homemade buttercream. Can someone please explain!!

I've used my regular (all crisco) buttercream colored back with out any problem at all for the transfers.
I just did a Spongebob outlined with the black b/c icing and didn't have any problems.
The last tube of black that I brought was watery...couldn't figure that out.
