Okay nglez09, you are a very clever boy!! I'm sorry I didn't get back sooner, but I had two cakes, a party to cater and Shabbos, so this is my first opportunity to post. You really had me worried!

gingersoave, we just finished class 1 together and are planning to take class 2 soon. Yes, she is very talented, although she really likes fondant better.

Kathi, there is a new Wilton Fondant and Gum paste 4 week course that just started this month. Michaels is the only store that can teach it in the month of February, but next month any Wilton instructor at any location can teach it. That sounds right up her alley!!!! Have fun! Ginger
