Welcome to cakecentral! Glad to have you here! What type of flowers are you interested in making? Are you talking BC, fondant, gumpaste or royal? There are some instructions in the "Articles" section of this website that may help you get started! Enjoy!

I have been reading the articles, they are so helpfull....I really love this website! I am a very brand new cake decorator...still in the course 1 learning stage. I really appreciate all of the expert taking the time to show us newbies the way!

Again, the articles are priceless. thumbs_up.gif

Drop flowers are really easy, making the royal icing is the tricky part. I think you learn drop flowers in course I. I just finished a cake and I think many of the techniques are from couse I. It's in my photos if you want to look, the blue rose cake.

Flowers seem daunting, but once you get the hang of it, they are not that bad. Just take time. I can generally make a rose in my sleep these days!
