How do you bake this without the inside staying gooey and taking forever to cook? Thanks to all.................I did a basketball last year with this pan and was NOT impressed. It's the large Wilton sports ball pan BTW.

I use this pan all the time I bake it at 325 degrees for about 40-45 minutes or until the sides of the cake pull away from the pan

I am using normal round pan and then trim the edges and turn shape like ball.
I made my first soccer ball cake with wilton pan and it turn out well but it will take too much time to bake so I tried my normal cake pan technique for second soccer ball cake and the second one is also better and baked well in time. Both ways are good for me.

Thanks
