Strawberrys In Tuxedos

Does anyone know how the strawberrys are dipped to make them look like tuxedos? I know they are first dipped in white chocolate. There is an article somewhere (maybe Mailbox News) that told exactly how to do it but I can't find it. Thanks for any help, Marilyn
