I had a call from a firm today that wants a birthday cake every month for 80 people!! I am sooo excited. I hope I can do them proud!

Thanks! I love your stuff too! Have you been busy this week with cookies? I did not realize the market for these. My DH took some to 20 with him to work yesterday and sold them all. So I was up last night burning the midnight oil for today and tomorrow. He has a jewelry store and he was putting the jewelry boxes in them .

Wow, just think of the business that is going to generate for you. You might consider this - find out how many employees there are, and make up some coupons for 10% off an order of a certain price or more. You might lose a little bit in retail sales, but you will bankroll in volume. Hopefully, I will be down that way for a couple of weeks next year. I would gladly stop in and give you a hand!

It is about a $140 order per month. I usually start at $2.00 per serving, but I cut the price to $1.75 because of the volume.
