I am considering treating myself to Toba Garrett's cake and cookie decorating class I in NYC this summer. I haven't taken any classes since the Wilton classes last summer and I really want to learn more. However, Toba's class is $525 for 5 five hour classes. Has anyone taken it? It's a lot of money and I would need to start saving now, but I really want to know if its worth it for me, or if I should put the money towards my family's Disney vacation for next year. If you've taken the class, please give me your input. Thanks.

Send a PM to vixterfsu. I know she has taken a few of them, and speaks very highly of her and her classes.

I'd also like to know. They seem like they're worth the price for 5 days of 5 hour instruction. You spend about $100 in a Wilton class that's only 8 hours.

If someone's taken them, what's included? How many people are usually in the classes?
