I searched the forums and couldn't find an answer to this, so please help! If you were making a wedding cake covered in fondant, how do you make the same color of fondant for each layer? I want to make one in a green color, but I am not sure how to make sure I have enough MMF and how to make sure it's all the same color if I have to make it in different batches. Thanks!

I am not an expert in this but I would think to be sure it was all the same color you would either have to color it all at the same time as one big batch
OR
color each batch as close to the same as possible and then knead them all together to create one uniform color.

If you have a Baker's scale, you can take 1 part colored fondant to a larger part white fondant until you get the color you need then keep that ratio throughout the cake

I do what cake-angel suggested. I get them s close as possible, then knead all batches together for true uniformity.
