when should i start to bake and freeze my cake it is due on friday, this is the cake that I will crave to look like the italy boot, should i use two 1/2 sheet cakes to crave the cake?
I have 2 cakes that i need to turn in that day the italy and the black white and red cake.
You can certainly bake and freeze it now. I have done mine weeks in advance...make sure you wrap them well.....plastic wrap first (after it has cooled) and then aluminum foil.
As far as carving the cake....I suppose that depends on how large it needs to be......
