I am planning on making a chocolate fudge cake with extender. I am going to use a strawberry mousse filling and poured ganache for filling.

I want the cake to taste really good. What do you think about adding some hazelnut creamer to the mix? Would those flavors go? And if so, would I omit the extra cocoa I use when doing the extender? And how much creamer would you add?

I have never used the creamer before.

THanks
Stephanie

I think the hazelnut would be a nice addition. If you are using powdered creamer, I typically use 2 tablespoons per mix. I've never used the extender recipe before, so I can't really help you with that. Sounds yummy!!
