Hi Laurel, I have seen photos of ur cookies and the icing on them looked just great! I've been decorating my cookies with Toba's icing but facing prblems with the air bubbles that some times occure on the cookie, I've been told that the royal icing takes the moister out of the cookies, and there is the dry fondant which I can't get where I'm living, is it possible that u could tell me pls what icing u r using on ur cookies?!it looks just great! I use Antonia74 icing.It is in the recipe section here under royal icing for cookies.
