Could someone please tell my how to resize my pics down to the right kb size but are a good size for viewing. I am having no luck trying to work it out. Thanks. I have tried searching the site for advice but haven't found it.

Do you have Kodak Easy Share?

No I don't have easy share. I went to shrinkpictures.com and successfully resized a cake pic. When I replace it with the one I had already uploaded it now just gives be the dreaded red x instead of the pic. I think I will just give up and enjoy looking at all the other cakes uploaded by users. I successfully deleted another cake I had uploaded and had to relist it all over again.

I use Photo Gadget 1.1 downloaded free from download.com--easy, quick, and no problems.

I could resize them for you if you want. send me a pm and i send you my e-mail. Otherwise, try resizing by pixels. 400 or 500 pixels hight should be ok.

I have had another generous offer of doing this for me by pm. I have accepted it for a couple of pics. I really need to sort this out for myself. I will try the 400 or 500 pixels heights. Thank you all for you replies. Your kindness is very much appreciated.

When you replace a picture in your photo album it takes a little while to show up. Until then you get the red x, and you'll think you did something wrong.
I replaced my Auntie Griselda pictures, and it took an hour or so, then they just popped up.
