I did my first wedding Expo yesturday and it was the best experience ever. Lots of networking done with businesses that want me to set something up with them and was also asked me to teach at a local store. I'll have to think about that one not sure if I have the time. Booked a few consults when it was quite and had cards available for the brides to fill out if they wanted a consult booked and I can contact them. I use the small index cards and a file box got 55 request that way everyone was taken care of and we could answer questions instead of booking the consults at the show. Here's my display picture I was involved 3 others / Chair covers / rentals of center pieces and etc items for weddings /chocolate fountain which we made 800 mini cookie samples on sticks and recived orders for those we had decorated cookies to match each cake and recieved orders for the wedding cookies it was great but now the work begins. Our booth was 70 ft long I can go on but I'll stop here.
