There are lots of cute baby shower cakes in the gallery with gumpaste baby booties on top of a pretty cake. I am making one this weekend. Just an idea.

Hope I did that link right! I love this idea for baby booties out of cupcakes. I actually did this for a cowboy baby shower and stacked two cupcakes in the back and pointed the toe. They are so cute and easy!
