That's my absolute favourite chocolate cake! It tastes heavenly and REALLY rich.
It is the signature cake of a hotel in Sacher. Thus, it's name. 
That's in Austria I believe?
The dense chocolate cake is brushed with warm apricot preserves, covered in a thin layer of marzipan and then iced with chocolate ganache. YUM YUM YUM!!!!
Traditionally, the word "Sacher" is writted across the cake in chocolate too.
