My church holds a Valentine Dinner every year with a chocolate dessert contest. This was my third year entering and I got the blue ribbon!

Two layer Dutch chocolate pecan brownies with a black cherry filling and poured chocolate ganache topping. The rose is fondant/gumpaste.
