I am making a friend of mine a fire helmet cake for his 40th(he is a fireman) and just found out that this will be a combined party with a neighbor. The neighbor is a police man. I would love to do a police hat to compliment the helmet but don't know where to start. Any ideas? I saw a picture in the gallery that I loved but again ???????'s.
