Here is my final cake for course I, I had fun making the roses, they look better than the ones I made on my own (in my gallery on the ganache cake) but still need work.

Thanks icon_smile.gif The color is Mickey peach, hehe. I need more work on my roses too obviously, but I was thrilled that they looked so rose like.

I think you did great on your roses, much better than I did on my course 1 cake, I wouldn't even post the picture of mine. My roses looked like carnations after a storm, still trying to get them right.

Very pretty roses Barbara thumbs_up.gif I remember when I was teaching myself to do roses, I decided to make a Wilton design that was a round cake with the top covered completely in BC roses. I must have made 100 and finally got it down after about the 50th lol It wasn't nearly as pretty as yours.

I think we are all our own worst critics! Your roses are great, you will find that in time you'll become more comfortable with your form and you'll love them too!
