I would just like to say hello to everyone. I am new to Cake central and to cake decorating. I have finished course I of the wilton cake decorating method. I absolutely love cake decorating and hope one day to be able to do it as a profession.

Welcome aboard! This a very addictive site so get prepared to spend alot of time on here! Good luck in your pursuit of decorating and remember that even the best of decorators on here (and there are many) all started where you are now. That's what I keep telling myself when I look at their beautiful work.
