I might have a cake order for a 15th birthday cake and 40 doll cakes. there for two partys and two weeks apart. 20 for one party and 20 for the other. My question is is there something easier than the doll cakes that i can recomend? There will be one on each table and i want to recomend something that is simple but pretty. Any ideas?

How many servings do you need icon_eek.gif

Are you considering making 20 wonder mold doll cakes for each party, or the mini-wonder pans?

Is there a theme for the parties.

They wanted the wonder mold. And they want me to match the dress of the cake to the birthday girls cake(which they haven't picked out yet). I just wanted to give them some other ideas as well as make it a little easier for me. I know i can do them, i just don't want alot on my plate at once and i don't want to worry about having to deliver all of them. Any suggestions would be great.

What about a cupcake bouquet on each table (with the appropriate number of servings)? Might be a little easier.

One plus for this order would be after a few cakes down the others will go by fast. The same design is just about -like- doing dessert cakes at a bakery that have to be the same every time. Thier signature...not mine.

What about smaller version of the large cake? Either way it's a big order so figure out how much your pricing will be for the doll cakes and alternatives as the customer may not want to spend that much.

Good luck and keep us posted!

Thanks everyone. I think i will come up with a few samples of the cupcakes, the smaller version of the cake, and the minnie molds.
