Valentine cupcakes.
I used a box mix and the extender,I used raspberry extract. I then put about 1/4 cup mix in a cupcake liner. I then melted raspberry jam and swirled it into the cupcake batter and baked. I plan on makeing buttercream tinted light pink and pipe it on top sprinkle red sugar and a chocolate heart on top.
I hope these turn out god,because my petit fours did not. Good thing you do not have to throw away your mistakes. LOL
