I was wondering do any one have a recipe for me that is made of scratch that can be used either out side the fridge as inside.

Maybe something like a what the real bakers use?

And why is it they put milk in the batter?

One last question that has nothing to do with baking, is everybody on a diet. As i see all these scales, and is fatchicks really helping?

Thanks. And good luck to all who is trying to loose the wieght, it must be hard with all the cakebaking.

I have always had my cakes out, only the tres leches I made had to be in fridge all the time because it was just milk mixture poured ontop and into the baked cake. where as when a cake is baked with milk it changes the stage of the milk and the sugar acts as a preservative. as for milk in recipes, it gives it a better taste I think and have been told, and doesnt "water" things down like water can. but it's also what you prefer.

Hey caduchi

What kind of cake recipe are you looking for?
How long do you need it to be out?
And where in Holland are you??
My mom lives in Breda and so do most of my family
